The Hatsuborder Aqua is a Japanese hand crafted kit kat mosaic in porcelain, with slim 23 x 153 mm finger tiles in an aqua green tone and a gloss finish. It suits bathroom walls, general indoor walls and covered outdoor walls where you want some colour and a bit of texture.
Where it works
The narrow finger format reads well behind a vanity, in a shower niche or as a feature wall run floor to ceiling. Because the pieces are hand crafted, small variations in glaze and colour are part of the look, so shade can shift a little from tile to tile.
Practical notes
- Comes on 312 x 320 mm mesh sheets, so you set full sheets and cut in at edges.
- Tiles are 10 mm thick porcelain.
- Dry lay a few sheets first to blend the natural colour variation before fixing.
