This is an Italian porcelain tile in a grey terrazzo look, 604 x 604mm with a matt grip finish. The speckled surface works across bathroom and kitchen floors and walls, and it holds up as a feature wall or through common area floors where you want one look to run from room to room.
Where it suits
The large 604mm format keeps grout lines to a minimum on open floors, which helps the terrazzo pattern read as a continuous surface. Use it on bathroom floors and walls, kitchen floors, a kitchen splashback, or a feature wall. Because it is porcelain at 9mm thick, it is hard-wearing enough for busier common areas.
Slip and laying
The matt grip finish carries a P3 slip rating, so it gives some underfoot grip in bathrooms and other areas that get wet. On floors, a full-contact bed of adhesive is worth the effort with tiles this size to avoid hollow spots. Seal the grout to keep the joints easy to clean.
