The Kalana Kit Kat is a bone white gloss ceramic finger mosaic, with each tile measuring 22 x 145 mm. The thin finger format gives you a run of narrow vertical lines that suits bathroom walls, feature walls and other internal walls.
What it is
The mosaic comes mesh-mounted on sheets of 296 x 300 mm, so you set several fingers at once rather than one tiny piece at a time. Each tile is 7 mm thick. The gloss finish adds a soft sheen and reflects light, which helps keep smaller rooms feeling open. Bone white is a warm off-white, so it sits easily with timber, brass or darker joinery.
Laying and grout
Being a wall mosaic, it is made for internal walls rather than floors. Take care to line the sheets up so the fingers stay consistent across joins. A contrasting grout will pick out each finger, while a close-matched grout keeps the wall calm and even.
