The Maestro Steel is a grey stone-look Italian porcelain tile in a large 600 x 1200 mm format. It comes in a matt and grip finish, so it works on both floors and walls in kitchens, living areas, bathrooms and laundries.

The soft grey tone and stone-look surface give a calm, neutral base that suits most colour schemes. At 9 mm thick and made in Italy, it is a solid porcelain tile built for everyday use underfoot as well as feature walls.

Slip rating and where it suits

The grip surface carries a P4 slip rating, which makes it a sensible choice for wet or high-traffic spots such as bathroom floors, laundries and entryways. You can carry the same tile up the wall for a continuous look.

Laying note

Large-format tiles like this go down best over a flat, well-prepared substrate. A back-buttering approach helps avoid lippage across the long 1200 mm edge.
