Marlon Meg-262 Ivory 3D Japanese Mosaic Tile

The Marlon Meg-262 is an ivory 3D Japanese mosaic made from porcelain, with each chip measuring 25 x 25 mm. The raised, three-dimensional surface catches the light and gives walls a soft, textured look, which suits feature walls, splashbacks and bathroom areas.

What it is

These are small-format porcelain mosaics in a warm ivory tone. The matt finish keeps the surface low in shine, so the colour reads calm rather than glossy. Tile thickness runs between 5 and 9 mm across the sheet, part of what creates the 3D effect.

Where it suits

The scale and texture work well on vertical surfaces such as kitchen splashbacks, bathroom and shower walls, and small feature panels where you want some depth on the wall.

A practical note

Because the surface is raised, choose a grout colour that either blends with the ivory or gently contrasts to pick out the pattern, and take care to clean grout haze from the textured faces while it is still fresh.
