Oakland Timber Tile 200x1200mm Matt Finish

The Oakland Timber Tile is a timber-look porcelain plank measuring 200 x 1200mm with a matt finish. It gives you the warm look of timber flooring with the hard-wearing surface of porcelain, so it works across living areas, hallways, kitchens and bedrooms.

Where it suits

At 200 x 1200mm the long plank shape reads like real floorboards once laid, which helps open up larger rooms. The matt finish keeps glare down underfoot and hides everyday marks better than a gloss surface. With a P3 slip rating it can also be used in bathrooms, laundries and other areas that see some water.

Practical notes

• Porcelain body, 10mm thick, in a timber colour.
• Long plank formats are usually laid with a brick or staggered offset rather than a straight grid; keep the offset modest to allow for any slight bow across the length.
• Choose a grout colour close to the tile for a run that reads as continuous timber.
